I normally eat salad in the summer time, but its warm still and almost feels like summer. I made this salad feel like fall by adding small pieces of roasted squash that I made previously (find that recipe HERE). I’ll admit, I LOVED this salad. I loved it so much I ate it again for breakfast the next day. Those little bites of squash added the perfect amount of sweetness. This is the perfect way to use up any leftover squash, and you won’t feel like you’re eating leftovers at all.

- Aidelles chicken apple sausage, diced
- Cucumber, diced
- Paleo Ranch
