This summer we have been filing every extra day, hour and minute with playing hard. So hard, I’ll admit I’m starting to get tired. What has really helped me stay on track with nutrition is to find meals I can take with me on-the-go. Which has lead me to add a new on-the-go category! You’ll notice on our main menu bar above. Hover over “recipes” and a drop down menu will appear. Now there’s a new On-The-Go category.

I totally get and understand a busy lifestyle. Your healthy food needs to be able to fit into that lifestyle or it just won’t happen. No one knows that better than me!
I’m also building a bigger list of one-pan-meals, that will come soon. I understand those nights of driving home from work being exhausted. Having meals you can put together in under 30 minutes, and all in one pan are perfect! To get you started I put together a small eBook, “5 Family Favorites”. It includes our family’s favorite meals, all one-pan-meals you can put together in minutes. I added all my tips and tricks on getting your family and significant other to eat healthy with you. It’s all free when you subscribe to the Whole Fork newsletter. Subscribe HERE.
